Destination.

Imagine waking up to the sounds of the rainforest, serenaded by the symphony of tropical birds in flight while howler monkeys traverse the treetops nearby, practicing yoga in spacious open air shalas with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean before heading to the beach for a surf lesson and postcard-worthy sunset.

With tremendous biodiversity, natural wonders, and picturesque landscapes, Costa Rica is our Garden of Eden. It is a place where we envision God walking along his wild beaches, resting in the shade of the rainforest canopy, and swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

We have gone to great lengths to select destinations that cater to wellness lifestyles, yoga, and interaction with nature. The result is a handpicked selection of some of our favorite places in Costa Rica and beyond to share with you. We invite you to these magical and wonderful places we call home, where nature is greater, just the way we like it.

Nosara, Costa Rica

Home to howler monkeys, mystic mangroves, beautiful beaches, and awe-inspiring sunsets, Nosara is one of our favorite destinations for yoga in Costa Rica. Known as the yoga capital of Central America, Nosara boasts some of the most passionate instructors, inspiring facilities, and a community truly committed to wellness-based lifestyle.

Nosara’s landscape is a natural playground renowned for its consistent waves, perfect for pairing surf and yoga, along with a variety of activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and canopy zip-lining set against the backdrop of trails, rivers, rainforest, and mountains.

A place we call home and continually invite our guests to, Nosara is the quintessential destination for your next yoga retreat.

Osa, Costa Rica

Located on the south Pacific Coast of the country, Osa Peninsula is as remote and untouched as it gets. Described by National Geographic as one of the most biologically intense places on the planet, Osa harbors thirteen unique ecosystems, half of the species in Costa Rica, and 2.5% of the planet's biodiversity!

Osa reminds us of the way things were in the beginning: stretches of unspoiled coastline, lush tropical rainforest, and wildlife roaming free with more monkeys and macaws than people. Its a place where we are guests, invited back into the Garden to witness creation at it’s best.

Here we combine the practice of yoga with intense immersion in nature seeking out hidden rainforest waterfalls, hiking through the famed Corcovado National Park, and exploring wild jungle-fringed beaches on an incredible journey of reconnection and discovery.

Uvita, Costa Rica

Uvita is another one of our favorite spots to retreat. We call it Osa’s little cousin as its perched just north of the peninsula in Costa Rica’s southern zone. Like Osa, Uvita is a haven for wildlife including countless species of tropical birds like toucans, scarlet macaws, and hummingbirds along with monkeys, sloths, and coati.

Perhaps the most magnificent offering of Uvita is the awe-inspiring ‘whale’s tail’, a stunning representation of the gentle giants’ anatomy remarkably etched into the pristine coastline. if this wasn’t enough, the tail is part of the Ballena National Marine Park which plays host to migrating humpback whales yea round!

Join us as we celebrate the intentional design that God has on creation, including our own lives, with yoga, surfing, snorkeling, and more in the midst of this natural paradise.

Atitlán, Guatemala

Guatemala is a country like no other in Central America. With sweeping views of mighty volcanoes, majestic lakes, and mysterious ruins the landscape alone might be worth the trip if it were not for the rich culture and history found within.

The indigenous culture of Guatemala is rich, vibrant, and alive. The people have a special relationship and connection with their land that closely resembles the intimacy we experience as we show reverence and awe in the presence of our Creator.

We invite you to join us on an incredible journey through this timeless land using yoga as means to offer praise and thanks for all that our senses take in while seeking God’s awesome power and glory as we tap into the energy of this special place.
