With tremendous biodiversity, natural wonders, and picturesque landscapes, Costa Rica is our Garden of Eden. It is a place where we envision God walking along his wild beaches, resting in the shade of the rainforest canopy, and swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Accessible to all levels of experience, you’ll find our classes engaging, soulful, and unique with everything from hatha and vinyasa to yin and restorative set in immaculate shalas with jungle and ocean views, as well as some surprises on the sand, in the water, and up in the air!

Our retreats are all-inclusive complete with amazing accommodations, delicious meals, airport transfers and a host of activities from wellness workshops to exciting eco-tours. We also invite you to participate in a special day of service as part of our commitment to local community outreach.
